The proprietor of this London-based hair and beauty salon wanted a stylish website and, save for the provision of an existing logo, was happy to leave the concept for the web design entirely to us.
We visited the salon to obtain photographs and to get a feel of the premises' style. The web design was created using the decor of the salon as inspiration, accompanied by photos to represent the various services they provide. A Flash animation element was built into the logo.

An intricate and well-planned web design was required to enable the many headings and levels that this photographer wanted for customers to navigate to the category and subject they wish to view.
A tabbed menu bar enables, for example, the selection of female models, from where one can select a particular model to view her details and statistics which then leads to her portfolio. From there, large-size images of each photo in the portfolio can be viewed.
Lots and lots of fishing flies and yet more to add! With a box full of samples, our main challenge was to produce photographs of each fly against a white background and then present them clearly to the viewer.
We preferred the customer not to leave the many-varied menu with this one and vertical scrolling is therefore limited to the catalogue area. A shopping cart is being added to this site for the keen angler to order his supplies.
This web design was prepared for a Swiss company based in Kenya, who wanted to extend their customer base to the UK. It is designed to take the customer on a journey from examples of safaris though to pricing and then booking.
The site contains many images from Vision Vista's own portfolio of wildlife shots taken whilst on African safari. Be warned, the photo of lions with a fresh kill, in the Gallery, is not for the squeamish!
In direct contrast to the security website, here the artist wanted colour and joyfulness to form the theme of her web design, reflecting her style of painting. Again we built Flash animation into her logo to help emphasise this.
The gallery scrolls automatically to present the artist's catalogue and the viewer clicks on a particular painting to open a new window with a large-scale image.
With the serious theme of security it would not have been appropriate for this site to be over-flamboyant. However, we developed the logo into an impressive 3-D Flash movie and also added Flash elements to the menu buttons. We think you'll agree that this makes the site stand out.
We also went on location to obtain and produce city nightscape images to go into the banner and on the home page.
